The Latiné Musical Theatre Lab is actively recruiting for several leadership positions. Currently, all positions are volunteer (paid a small stipend) and part-time. As an organization committed to bringing wealth, both artistically and financially, to our community, stipend amount will increase as the organization grows, eventually transitioning to salaried positions.

For now, the volunteer work of all artists involved in the building of the Lab serves to create the change we wish to see for Latiné artists in our industry. We aim to pay it forward not just to our current generation of artists, but to future, aspiring generations of writers, producers, actors, directors and fellow theatre artists of all walks of life.
