Table Reading Series
About the program
The Lab's Table Reading Series presents readings of new musicals and musicals-in-development, written by Latiné-identifying writers and writing teams. The series provides a free space for writers to share and to revise their latest draft in a private setting with invited audience-members only.
Provide a free space for writers to test and refine the current draft of their show
Offer four hours in the studio for the reading and day-of feedback session.
Hear the full arc of the story aloud, with appropriately cast actors.
Elevate the work of Latiné writers and providing resources to eliminate the gap in opportunity in the theatre industry.
Provide outside dramaturgical feedback, from both an outside dramaturg and Lab staff.
